BCHC Call Answering Performance
We are proud to share the following figures from December and January since the new phone system went live:
- Average Time to get through/call back on any of our options: 11 minutes 25 seconds
- Average Time to get through/call back on ‘on the day’ appointment line: 22 minutes 1 second
- Average Time to get through/call back on ‘Nurse Treatment Room’ line: 4 minutes 24 seconds
- Average Time to get through/call back on ‘Blood Test’ Line: 2 minutes 47 seconds
Please note that these are averages across the day and so of course, these figures can vary to be higher and lower depending on; staffing levels, the time of day and which option you require.
We are continuing to improve our current systems at BCHC and would like to say thank you to all of our patients for their continued support with this.
