Queue Buster Call-back Feature

The call-back feature is a a useful way of being able to hold your place in queue and generate a call-back once there is a member of staff free to handle your call.  

We strongly advise everyone to use it in order to reduce your actual wait time and allow you to continue with your day to day activities whilst you wait for a call back.

We advise to keep your phone nearby as we will call you back when you are number 2 in the queue, this may only take a few minutes in off peak times so please be prepared to answer the call back within the hour. If you do miss the call don’t worry we will call a total of 3 times to get hold of you to put you back in the queue.  In peak times it will of course take us longer to get back to you due to the volume of callers from 8am but please be assured you will be contacted on 3 occasions to allow you to join the queue.

If you have correctly selected the option for a call-back then you will receive confirmation from our phone system that this has been arranged; please await to hear this message before hanging up. 

Please avoid calling us back whilst waiting for the call-back, if you do then you will re-join the queue and the system will cancel your original call-back request. If you then hang up, you will need to start the whole process again.

It is important to note that unless there are more than four callers in the queue the queue buster call-back feature will not be offered.  This is because you are very close to having your call answered in any event.  Please hold the line for your call to be answered.
