**NEW** Covid19 Booster Update

We have been absolutely inundated with phone calls, emails and comments in the past few days regarding Covid19 vaccinations. Whilst we completely understand that our patients have many questions, unfortunately, all of our resources have had to be diverted towards setting up clinics so that we can get as many people boosted as possible. Because of this, we do not have the resources to respond to every single query and are therefore temporarily limiting our responses, including turning off Facebook comments. If you have any queries, please visit the NHS website https://www.nhs.uk/.../coron.../coronavirus-booster-vaccine/, phone 119 or visit the news section on the BCHC website for our most up to date Covid19 information https://www.banburycrosshealthcentre.co.uk/news.

Please be assured that we will be in contact with our patients as quickly as we can, with the resources that we have to book you in. If you feel that you cannot wait, please visit the NHS website and book your vaccinations at another site.

We have also had a small number of people turning up to the vaccine clinics who have refused to wear a mask. We are NOT and will NOT be vaccinating anyone unless you wear a mask. This is to keep both staff and patients safe.

Our parking is very limited so we are kindly asking that you make alternative arrangements to come to the practice OR park in town and walk so that we can save our parking for those who are less mobile. We would also like to remind patients to please wear sensible clothing so that we can access your arm more quickly.

Please CANCEL your appointment if you cannot make it, so that we can book someone else in.

Thank you for your understanding as always.
