The Social Prescribing team run support groups for the patients of Banbury Cross Health Centre

Our current groups are:

Carers Support Group

  • 3rd Tuesday of the month
  • 10.30am - 12pm

For people who care for a loved one. Support from professionals and the opportunity to meet and speak with others in a similar situation.

Menopause Support Group

  • 2nd Thursday of the month
  • 5.30pm - 7pm

A support group for BCHC women patients aged over 40, experiencing any of the symptoms of the peri-menopause and menopause. Get practical advice and help to manage your experience, as well as an opportunity to meet other women going through the menopause.
