Matters Arising
- No Matters Arising
PPG Constitution
- Just one part of Constitution to change/update.
New PPG email and password
- Recovery number should be Staff/Practice Member.
- Hannah to take on?
Staffing
- New Nurse Maddie is starting in July
- Doctor Stephen Haynes is retiring, he will have been with the surgery 30 years and 2 days on the day of his retirement.
- Three new Doctors are starting in July.
- Dr. Rachala Krishna - Starting 4th July
- Dr. Ahammad Abdulla – Starting on 14th July
- Dr. Tejpal Atwal - Starting early in September
- 7 new Doctors awaiting interview.
- The surgery should be fully staffed by early 2025.
- Business Manager Interviews 9th/11th July.
Complaints, Compliments and Feed
- Complaints are lower at this time.
- Compliments are consistently above average.
- Non-attendance at appointments not so high now. (DNA)
Newsletter
- If anyone would like to do a piece for the Summer newsletter, please let AC know.
- The Research team will do a piece on their work.
- Doctor Stephen Haynes to be asked for an article on his time at the Surgery.
Any Other Business
- PM – Focus Group from PPG to meet with Patients.
- Although extra disabled bays on the road are appreciated, with the path being high and not lowered in places it can be difficult for people getting out of car on to pavement and wheelchair users.
- Patients report difficulty with finding easy access to BCHC because of signage.
- Praise from Patients for Laura Dee Andrew, Physiotherapist.
