What are your health and wellbeing goals?

Our Health and Wellbeing Coach can help you turn your goals into reality and help you to find the motivation to maintain and build upon them for the long term. They use health coaching skills to support you to develop the knowledge, resources, and confidence enabling you to define, focus on and achieve your health and wellbeing goals.

 

Health and Wellbeing coaching can help with:

  • Low level stress and anxiety
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Weight management
  • Being more active
  • Career change or work issues
  • Developing confidence
  • Redundancy or retirement
  • Work-life balance
  • Isolation and loneliness

Our Health coach will work alongside you to coach and motivate you through multiple sessions, supporting you to identify your needs, set goals, and help you to improve your overall health and wellbeing by making realistic and achievable lifestyle and behavioural changes.

Our team are unable to help with any medical advice or medication requests. They are not able to help with complex mental health conditions. They can only see patients aged 18 years and over
