- Medical requests will be answered on the same working day, if you requested before 6pm.
- Medical requests sent in after 6pm will be answered the next working day.
- Administration requests will be answered within 5 working days. Further advice may follow, dependent on the request.
What is Accurx?
Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
