Ordering a Repeat Prescription
- Please allow us three working days to process your prescription request.
- We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the phone.
When you order a prescription online, you can have it sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination.

Medication reviews
If being prescribed repeat medication, you will be asked via email or text communication to speak to a member of our team periodically to review your medication.
Medicines which require monitoring
Some medications, for example, methotrexate and leflunomide, require regular blood test monitoring and this will have been discussed with you. If you are late or miss a blood test, we may not be able to prescribe these medications for safety reasons, so please ensure you keep up to date with the required blood tests.
