Our contact centre has been receiving very high volumes of telephone calls since the start of the COVID crisis and this has meant extended call waiting times.

If you have internet access it may be easier for you to make your enquiry by using our online services.

  • For appointments or prescriptions, message us directly via www.patientaccess.com, where you can also send a message to the reception team, which are reviewed and actioned daily.
  • To contact your doctor about a medical condition, use eConsult, at https://banburycrosshealth.webgp.com/ We will respond by the end of the next working day.

PatientAccess and eConsult apps and web based versions are accessible via your smartphone, tablet and PC. Registration is quick and easy.

If you have no option but to use the phone to contact us, please be prepared for a longer wait than usual. and ideally use the queue buster option which will call you back when you reach the front of the queue.
