If you have had an invitation for your Covid vaccination at BCHC but have not yet booked an appointment, here is some important information.

Please be aware if you do wish to have your Covid vaccination this Autumn, the campaign will be ending on 20th December. However our last covid clinic will be on Saturday 14th December.

Please ensure you have an appointment booked before this date. Instructions on how to book an appointment are on the invite.

You will not have received an invitation if you do not qualify for the Autumn booster.
